my helelephant pet is a good pet but my franken bunny is better. witch is better?

Which one is better depends on what you prefer - you obviously prefer the bunny.

Stats?

Without the stats, Helephant gives a slightly stronger Helephant card, but the Frankenbunny gives a healing card. I can't answer this accurately.
