I have completed all of my Hyde Park quests and sidequests and have turned in the Right Tools quest to Sherlock Bones who gave me practice manequin and the quest to talk to Mrs Morphley in Chelsea Park but Tracy Castleton isn't lit up to sale me a ticket. What should I do?
