Waterworks Bug

Wizard101 I just leveled and I did complete everything in Crab Alley, but its not working. Is it a bug? If so please let me know when its fixed by showing the request for waterworks. If you could possibly let me know sooner, just let me know.

Actually, if you have access to crab alley you can do waterworks even if you did not complete crab alley. I did that on my wizard. There are a few things you should know though:

You must be at least level 60 to get the quest
And I'm not sure who you are speaking to to get the quest, but Blad Raveneye in triton avenue gives it. Not Nestor in Crab alley in case you were trying to get it from him.
