Hey guys, I know a lot of you are wondering how to unlock the Death school. Well I can explain how.
First you need to have beaten Firecat Alley, Triton Avenue, and Cyclops Lane in Wizard City. Next talk to Professor Ambrose and he will ask you to defeat a ghost named Foulgaze. After that talk to him again and he will ask you to defeat Lord Nightshade. (Lord Nightshade's tower is at the end of the Haunted Cave in Triton Avenue. That's a lot of walking so I highly suggest renting a mount. ) After you defeat Lord Nightshade talk to Professor Ambrose one more time and he will give you a key. Walk to the back of the waterfall at Rainbow Bridge (in the Commons) and put the key in. You will enter an area and see the Death School in ruins.
Go inside and you can learn spells from the teacher inside.
