where do i need to go to get my new spells like mass convert and so on i seen that names but forgot to write them down who to talk to

Mass Prisms are learned from Cassie the Ponycorn in the Wild. She appears in the Toadstool Villiage after you have rescued her from the White Owl Tower.

You can get the spell before completing the whole tower. Once you beat the first boss and free her, you can mark a spot, port to Caliburn, visit Cassie in villiage, then port back to the mark and finish the tower.
