I am lvl 84 balance, my Arena Quest on Dueling called "Hard to Resist" got back! I tried to finish it but i just cant because there is no card when i do the tutorial quest, i think you should fix it.
I did this quest just fine. Maybe there is something wrong with your internet connection or computer? The spell cards should show up, otherwise something is totally wrong
