I find most of my leaves in the mangrove marsh in the bird temple. Usually by the waterfall, near the agave leaf beds. Alto alto is also good. I've found many near the Flower Petal doorway leading to the Floating Mountains. I check through those areas frequently. I've already finished ALL of the crafting quests. So I have the Transcendent Crafters badge.
