Screenshots turn out blank

Hello,
I run a Mac and I play Wizard101. When I take a screenshot I find it in my documents, but it appears black. Does someone know how to fix?

Well, this happened to me the first couple screenshots I took. Are these your first ones? After a while it eventually passes and it should work fine! Hope it helped!

Main Wizard: Level 50
Second Wizard: Level 42
Third Wizard: Level 29

No, that didn't work. I took about 15 photos to test but still blank
