Christamas in July

It's Christmas in July and as far as I can tell I don't see it saying the Christmas fish are back, I haven't searched any ponds yet. Are the holiday fish back?

I caught Cold Cod and Yuletoy at the Commons over the weekend. Also in Grizzleheim I caught all three. Don't know if they will stay after the Christmas in July or if one now has to wait til Dec.
