This chamber is very tricky in that the bosses be done in a specific order. If at any time you do not do exactly as the program expects, you are stuck doing the chamber over again. If I recall, you run the chamber in a counter-clockwise fashion. Before jumping into any battle, check your quest text carefully to make sure you are hitting the bosses in the correct order, or you will be doing it over. The issue is that the program will allow you to hit the bosses in the wrong order, but does give you credit.
