So, I'm on my life, level 100, just recently got the robe last night. I've been doing Darkmoor again, and my life is not getting a single drop at all, literally. I checked my backpack, nothing, I checked the chat box, nothing, I checked my bank and shared bank, nothing. I just beat Malistaire and didn't get a single drop, not even gold.
Can someone tell me what's happening and what I can do to fix this? I've spent a lot of time, money and effort finishing these battles, logging out, logging back in, restarting my computer, deleting items, pets, selling items, fleeing then coming back, none of it is working. I'm just about ready to send Kingsisle an email to resolve this issue.

Whoa whoa whoa, hold the phone. Deleting items is never going to help you. What will help you, is remaining the ENTIRE (yes, the ENTIRE) battle. That will increase your chances. Don't go to so many lengths next time, just come here and we'll help you!
