The Back Door quest

I can't get the quest for the main story line, I have all Nestors quests done and I did the quest Armed to the gills. Does anyone know what I could be missing or if its bugged?

There are a few ways you can get back on track.

1) Use the in-game quest finder to find any quests in an area that you may have missed.

2) Use this guide to find where you may have left off:

If you need the Back Door quest, you will need to visit Thurston Plunkett here:
