I lost the main quest in mooshu and have gone back and tried to find it I have looked on the wizard101 wiki and retraced my steps but still cant find it the side quest I have is berries for a song the quest I need is sneak attack can anyone help?

Did you collect the wooden crates for the quest "Armed and Dangerous"? That is the prequest for Sneak Attack.

You can click on any quest on that link for more details, like the "prequests or requirements" to see what you missed. You probably still have some other quest in your Quest Log File, other than the berries quest.
