i need help getting legendary artisan because i went to the lion and he doesnt have the spirit drum for me to get to craft. Can anyone tell me whats wrong

If he doesn't list the recipe that means you already bought it. If you can't talk to him at all, that means you aren't in Zafaria questlines yet and cannot get the quest. Press J and go to your housing recipes to see if you have the recipe.

You need to have done the grandmaster crafting quest to be able to get the legendary crafting quest.

You're confusing it with the Conga Drums that are needed as a reagent to make the Spirit Drums.
