Hey, Kingsisle, Sometimes when I'm playing, my mouse stops working, and my keyboards only work for selecting something that is along the edges of the screen. This is really frustrating, because I have to turn my computer off and then turn it back on and reload Wizard101. Please fix this.

That is your computer, not the game. You may need to update some drivers and run a defrag. Also check the settings on your mouse. You may also need to replace your mouse and keyboard. they do stop working sooner or later.
It has to be your computer or the settings on your computer . I have no problems at all , running the game in windowed mode or full screen . Try change the resolution in the games options . Sometimes , that works wonders . I have several accounts to this game and many characters , and they all works flawlessly .
