hatching an ice hound

hey i have a starfish pet and my friend have an ice hound and i want to hatch an ice hound. If my friend go in the hatcher first do i get the ice hound?

well, one time I had an adult fire cat and my friend had a blood bat. it made him broke and I got a stupid common blood bat!!!!
