I understand that people have a hard time to get someone to hatch with these days.

And i understand that people don't have tons of crowns to spend either.

Here is a solution:

There is the pet vendor in the Celestia commons who has the Starfish pet for sale for gold (no crowns needed)

Although it is an ice pet, it does offer the chance for good global talents, such as:

Spell proof
Health gift
Pip o plenty
Spritely

The other talents are ice talents, but it is a great starter pet for not much of a investment.

Even if you are not the correct level to be in Celestia and you have a membership, you can get a high level friend to take you there.
