Every time I watch a video, I never receive my crowns. I have been watching the whole video, to the point where it says you have earned 10 crowns, and sometimes even beyond that to no avail. I watched these videos around 5 days ago. Is this a common problem or do I need to contact customer support?
Same thing is happening to me, but I have received crowns for 3 of the videos out of the 10 I watched. I would probably contact customer support, but good luck with them helping you.
