you can sell it and excess pets at the pet store in the shopping district and I believe also at the pet store in the pet pavilion, though only the shopping one will take the "no auction " pets, I think. I have sold a lot of excess pets from the booster packs at both of these place, though you may not get much gold for them. Good Luck
