my "not empty" house

I want to sell one of my castles but it says, houses can only be sold when empty. My house is empty! I many times, cleared all items inside and outside and got off all the wallpaper and tile. I don't understand. Please tell me what I need to do. Thanks! -Blake Darkbreaker level 63

You probably already tried this, but try using the "clear all button"
