Spell selection; is this a glitch or intended?

When you quest with a team (any size), and somebody else selected a spell, you USED to be able to run your mouse over the circle with their spell and see what it was, now you cant. Is this a bug or an intended change?

Known glitch, supposed to be fixed in the next update, perhaps by the end of the week.

You can, the hitbox is just really small.

Yeah, what Lewski said.

Try dropping your cursor down towards the lower portion of the spell icon. It's there, it just takes some getting used to to find it.
