Another good one, but KI simply won't add low level spells at this point. 9-10 pips and much more damage would work. And making this an AoE would be even better!
They'd have to be really careful to vary it enough so it doesnt look like Final Fantasy's Cactrot attack. I don't know if that is still in active releases of games since I stopped playing at FF6, but still, I'm sure they have the image and actions protected under the law
