Xibalba not finishing when i finished it!!!

Today i did xibalba with some friends and for some reason 2 of my friends actually finished it and me and another friend did not. Can you pls fix this or maybe tell me what is happening?

Did you flee and not participate in defeating the final boss?

No i did not flee when the boss was defeated. i did flee but i was healing my friend when he killed malistaire
and we all finished.
