Question about Prepaid game cards

Ok so I already have a monthly membership and if I redeem a prepaid game card for 2 months of in-game time what will happen? Will it suspend my membership for the two months/ I won't have to renew my membership? Please help!

It should just change the next renewal date to 2 months later than it's currently set for.
