Vilara Moonwraith's sigil does not light up even when you have the quest to defeat her (in the Tower Archives)
Although you can still enter her instance, I just thought someone should inform KI of this in case they wanna take the time to go and fix it. I dont know much about PC game programming but it seems like it would be a quick fix.
