I have beaten wintertusk and I still don't have my quest for new schools in azteca or super nova I so confused

Not sure what level you are currently. Did you meet all of the Level requirements and the prequest requirements? This shows the details for the new school spells in Avalon:

And this link shows the requirements for Supernova:

You must be Level 75, and picked up your Level 72 spell, ManaBurn.

On that link, you can click on the highlighted items for more details (like "prequests", "requirements", etc.).

Wintertusk has nothing to do with moving ahead in the Spiral.
And there are prequests for each school-specific spell quest. if you haven't done them, you won't be called to get the spell.
