I have recently found that i am absolutely atrocious at storm, but it is my favorite school and only school at this level (88). However i found that when i fight monsters or bosses or all around PVE i always lose. I run waterworks gear btw. The only time i will ever beat a boss is if i get lucky and i usually switch realms until there is someone fighting a monster i am fighting. I have one tactic for street monsters: Blade and spam lord/tempest with shields. I find this not so great since i never block and pips dont come plenty. Any tactics?
