Subterrea, a world of sand, all deserts. Only few cities remain, because when the war broke out with the Giants, Tritons, and Dragons, they're chaos reached Subterrea, but the Giants, Tritons, and Dragons were forced out of Subterrea, by Headmaster's great-great grandfather. The Chosen One. He used his powerful magic, to seal the Giants, Tritons, and Dragons. And with the help of Bartleby and Grandmother Raven, they imprisoned the Giants, Tritons, and Dragons in Subterrea. To keep from anyone awakening the Giants, Tritons, and Dragons, the Chosen One broke the Spiral Door of Subterrea, making the world lost. But he created the Universe Amulet. The Amulet controlled the balance of the Universe. He sealed the Amulet tightly into a secret and safe location. Only the next Chosen One can open the door, and take the Amulet. Meanwhile back in the present at Wizard City, Professor Balestrom of Magic is looking around, then he finds the Spiral Key to Subterrea, which thought to be lost! Then, if you have completed the Quest "This is how the World Ends." Or you have completed Xibalba, the Professor calls you to his office. He then gives you the Spiral Key and asks you to take it to Headmaster Ambrose. Headmaster Ambrose then wants you to travel to the world of Subterrea, but once you get there, the Subterrean King is attacked by Morganthe!
