I heard there was a way to make other players hatch your egg so you don't have to wait, is it true?
Also, does it affect the ability it manifests?

You cannot make someone else pay for your hatching but there is a way that you can pay to shorten your hatch timers. Elixirs are available for Crowns in the Shop.

Hatching Elixir - hatch all the eggs you currently have in your backpack. This potion is Crowns only as it shortcuts time in the game.

Purreau's Potion #9 - This will reset your hatching timer and allow you to hatch two pets immediately. This potion is Crowns only as it shortcuts time in the game.

There was this interface that popped up saying: "(Name) Life Wizard (Level) wants to hatch your egg.)" or something along those roads.

Are you sure other players or certain types of wizards may not hatch your egg so that you don't have to wait?

The message you saw was probably someone sending you a hatch request, meaning they wanted to hatch a pet with you.

It is possible for others to gift you a hatching elixir, but when that happens, you'll only see a gift box appear in the lower left hand of your screen. There is no dialogue box that appears when that happens.
