Excuse me, I discovered the quest Chill Whispers, and i tried to go on the boat, and I can't, so then i went to the mander and he said I need permission from Sergeant Major Talbot. I went to him and he said Chop Chop, hurry along, so I went back to the boat and it still wouldn't let me on. Then I went here and looked for answers, and people are saying you have to do the main storyline quest. I've done so many quests I've lost count and I still can't get on. Please help!
In order to get to the Krokosphinx, you have to complete The Throne Room of Fire. It is inside the Palace of Fire. If you have not gotten to the Palace of Fire, you need to get the 2 part keystone. Hope this helps!
