I just made a new balance wizard and wanted to know if the spells from Niles cost training points for balance students?

You know what i cannot remember for certain but i think they are 0 point spells for balance.

No, they are free for Balance students

No they do not. Also pick up Reshuffle and Balance Dispell from the trainer by Mindy on Colossus Blvd when you get the right level.

If you are balance, no balance spells will cost a training point. Same with all the other schools- Fire, fire spells free. Storm, storm spells free, etc.
