New Storm Spell

I came up with a new storm spell, and it involves shadow pips and normal pips. It is called shadow tempest. Here are its details:

X pips, X shadow pips: every pip equals 95 damage and every shadow pip does 150 damage.

Its animation should be like tempest but with a darker color of water, so it looks like a shadow.

Its school should be /.
