Firewall issues

A couple of years ago I created a Wizard101 club at my school. Unfortunately the IT department implemented a new corporate firewall and now they need very specific information in order to allow the game's network traffic to pass through the network. Is there anyone out there that has this information? They need me to supply the domain names or IP Addresses of the Destination servers in order to allow traffic to pass. Since I already have the ports listed for access (tcp 12000 for login, tcp 12500 for patch, tcp/udp 12000-12999 for game), is there anything else I may need for gameplay and access through our corporate firewall?

It seems you have enabled the correct ports. Are you running Wizard101 with Administrator privileges enabled?
