Hi all, I was wanting to get more clarification about how this staff works. I should of asked probably before I bought it. I was under the impression that it might give a small chance to recast the same spell over... but after using the staff I think all it does it recast your wand attacks. Could someone please verify this for me, I would appreciate it. Thanks!
