Castle block glitches?

I cannot move or pick up of my castle blocks. I have the Aztecan Bundle, but I cannot re-arrange, nor pick up, any of the castle pieces. Help!

Are you clicking on the "place object" icon first, to enter object placement mode?

Double check your settings. There is an option to lock blocks. It's under "castle block settings" when you open the move menu then click the castle block tab.
