how you use jewlel crafting table?

I went to azteca and last world the vendor did not have any jewlel receipes for sale.How do I use them if I cant buy them for sale?

Did you complete the quests Eudora tangle tree gave you about crafting the daggers of absolution? If not then you won't be able to do anything.

My complaint too.

This jewel crafting role out was incomplete. Buying the Crowns jewel pack is worthless right now too. What good are reagents if you don't have the recipes to make anything.
