Smithing (Merging Eqiupment)

We should be able to combined abilities from equipment. Though, they should be different abilities with greater amounts.

Example:3 strength and 2 health, 1 accuracy and 3 accuracy
Not:1 health and 1 health, 3 strength and 3 strength

That's why the new gear has to be stronger. So, people don't just farm weapons and smith them together.
