So I have a fire wizard who is about to get critical rating because he is getting that level (49) and I was wondering if there is any way possible to calculate you critical chance Just like power pips. also is there a base rating for critical? Thanks in advance for the answers

And by the way, don't get critical rating right away, it just isn't worth it when you sacrifice so many other stats for the 10%> critical chance.
