How do you get the thirs star on the left?

Idk how to get the quest third star on the left and i'm already a level 86, please help!!! I need my astral stuff.

You need to have completed a certain quest and Zafaria and Azteca to get the quest.

There's only count of days and i think something else. But what quest in zafaria?
