Question on todays 12 days gift

Just wondering why when I log on to my Wizard101 account I see that the free gift is only for Pirates? Not everyone plays both games...just asking..

And there were previous days where the items were specific to Wizard101.
This is the 12 days of the entire Spiral, that's both Wizard101 and Pirate101.
