Yes that issue had happened to me. As far as i know, i had only not logged off of wizard101/pirate101 twice, then this issue had happened to me several times for multiple days. Next time i tried to log in, it said my account was banned. Thankfully, KI had solved this issue and now i am back. Thanks KI, but please be a bit more careful.
Just happened to me again. Tried to "login" at the Message Boards screen. Got a message asking me to confirm my account, and had to type in a special code word. Then it put me through to the Message Boards. I did send an e-mail to support@wizard101.com with date, time (and time zone), etc.
I have been through this before. I always think someone hacked my account or something. It's my account, so I have no idea why they make me fill out a form. It's VERY annoying.
