I just returned to Wizard101 and renewed my membership after three years, and I have quests in MooShu even though I can't go there yet through the world door. What's wrong?

You may have teleported to your friends in Mooshu and gotten some quests, even though you aren't in Mooshu yet. If this happens, you need to complete Marleybone to gain access to Mooshu.
You will not be able to do the quests in Mooshu if you don't complete Marleybone.

Customer Support can also help you get back on track if you contact them.
When you contact support, please ensure that you give us: ->the account name ->the character name ->as much information about what you encountered as you can, including error messages or screenshots
NEVER send us: ->your password ->your full credit card information
The more information you give up front, the faster your issue can be resolved. It can take up to 48 hours for Wizard101 customer support to reply to your email.

Many side quests send you to another world even if you can't get there yet. Crafting is one example. Once you finish it it sends to next crafter, even if you haven't completed the world yet. If you don't have Mooshu in your world gate, that means you haven't finished Marleybone yet.
