PayPal Issues

Hello!
I am trying to purchase the $60 for 60,000 crowns deal with PayPal, but every time I log into a paypal and attempt to purchase, I get this message.

"Sorry, we can’t complete your purchase at this time
Please return to the merchant and choose another way to pay."
I do not have access to a credit card, and I do have more than enough balance in my PayPal account. Is there something that I am doing wrong, because I have tried everything. Furthermore, I know this is likely not an issue with my Paypal account as I have successfully completed other purchases with it recently.

This issue should be taken up with W101 support.

Please contact: support@wizard101.com They should be able to help you there.

You may want to find out if you have a spending cap in W101 or Paypal. This could be the issue of your purchase not going through.
