You can all ready learn the history of each world of the Spiral. There are history books (or other similar things). The rest can be learned through dialogue with NPCs as you quest.
we need a new school that rules all the schools called the wizard school were you learn about wizard city and other worlds
I would rather say that when you do those book quests you unlock them in an "Archives" room in Wizard City. I mainly want to take the time to read them, but can't do to where they are and they 'clam up' after you complete the quests.
