how to get to DragonSpyre?

I have a quest to go to this world,but do not have this world. I am lvl 48,life. Who or what do I talk to or do to get this world in mooshu?

You will need to complete all your story quests in Mooshu before you unlock Dragonspyre.

You have to beat Jade Oni, right after that you will go to Dragonspyre to beat Malistaire :)

No, after you beat the oni you need to defeat Cyrus then go to Dragonspyre
