Krokhotep's Sandals - They sell for 2094 coins. Don't see why they would sell for that much though.

Probably a combination of a few things:
  • sell values skyrocket when there aren't any of that item already in the bazaar, so there probably weren't any other Krokhotep Sandals at the time
  • the shoes have school designs on them so they're slightly more valuable overall
  • they're a boss drop that aren't found anywhere else
  • looking at the W101 Central description, those are pretty good stats for level 20+ so that would obviously add value too
