Midnight Sun Quest

Okay, so I am level 85 and I have not gotten the "Midnight Sun" quest! I tried to go to Zafaria and checked my quest finder, but no quests from Koko have showed up. I have completed Zafaria and all of the side quests, and no more quests show up? Help?

You can visit this page and click on the "prequest" link to work your way backwards until you find a quest you haven't completed.
