Pet Help!

I was wondering if anybody knew of a boss or vendor that dropped/sells a pet.
Must haves:
  • Fire School
  • Doesn't cost Crowns
  • Has a card
  • Can get in Wiz City, Kroktopia, or Grizzlyheim. (If there is none in those worlds then other worlds are okay)
If anybody knows that would be great

There is a pet Fire Elf sold by the Pet Shoppe Boys in the Pet Pavillion. It gives a Fire Elf card at baby and is only 4,000 coins to buy.
