Sometimes when I'm in wizard city or another area that has mana in it, I will go up to the mana but I can't grab it. When I check to see if my mana is full it isn't. Please help.

It happens. It's not a big deal. Just find another bubble/wisp.
It's just your computer lag. By the time you see it, the wisp has moved or someone else picked it up. Usually just move around the area and you'll pick up one even if you don't see one floating around. If you don't feel like looking for wisps, just go play a game of potion motion up to level 3 and you'll have full mana in about 30 secs.
