I was just playing and something popped up saying, "You have been disconnected for maintence on your character" then kicked me off. Did I do something wrong, because I've never been reported before... Professor Greyrose?
If you have submitted a request for help, or reported an issue with your character, that message will appear when our support team performs maintenance on your character to attempt to resolve the issue.
That's a very specific message that indicates maintenance on your character and is not the same message that appears when someone else logs into your account (or you log in twice to the same account).
